Our Approach

At the Empowering Education Foundation, we believe that great teaching goes beyond simply following a textbook. While our curriculum is aligned with the official school materials used by our partner schools, our tutors develop engaging lessons that make learning more interactive, accessible, and meaningful.

Our curriculum development process begins by carefully reviewing the official grade-level textbooks to understand the concepts students are expected to master. From there, tutors break each chapter into manageable weekly lessons, typically covering half a chapter per week, while identifying the most important learning objectives.

Rather than teaching directly from the textbook, we redesign each lesson using modern instructional methods and international educational standards as a guide. This allows students to build a deeper conceptual understanding through clear explanations, visual presentations, real-world examples, collaborative activities, and guided practice.

To ensure consistent progress, every lesson is incorporated into a structured teaching calendar and includes regular formative assessments. Short quizzes and periodic tests help tutors monitor student understanding, reinforce key concepts, and adapt instruction based on student needs.
